Maldives Tiger Shark Diving
Fuvahmulah’s First Registered Dive Center

Shark Island Dive is Fuvahmulah’s first registered dive center, founded by local diver and surfer Lonu. With over 13 years of experience, our team brings divers from around the world face-to-face with year-round tiger shark encounters in safe, shallow waters just minutes from shore. We keep groups small, maintain a 1:4–5 guide ratio, and combine local expertise with international standards to ensure every dive is safe, personal, and unforgettable. Alongside tiger sharks, Fuvahmulah offers hammerheads, threshers, mantas, and more—making it one of the Maldives’ ultimate bucket-list dive destinations.
